One of my passions is Customer Marketing, with a focus on driving value to the customer and elevating and leveraging their experiences to improve retention and growth. At DoiT, I built an entire customer marketing program from scratch, with highlight activities including:
Customer Events: Produced customer-focused events including customer dinners, holiday toasts, and webinars. Additionally, with driving value and exposure for the customer top of mind, my team ensured placements of customer speakers at 80+ field marketing, conference, and partner events.
Alliance / ISV Program: Spearheaded and drove the successful creation of an alliance program including:
Built an entire alliance marketing program (now known as ISV Go Global) from scratch.
Created a highly successful Product Exchange event for customers to enable them to find new customers, pitch their products, and find new channels and go-to-market partners (DoiT Customer Product Exchange Event // Video Recap).
Customer Case Studies: To provide value to both customers and the company, I managed the end-to-end production of 20+ customer case studies, including production vis-a-vis multiple stakeholders including agencies, content writers, and partner teams at Google Cloud and AWS.
